The athlete is the centre point for all 949strength programs, getting to know you and understand you better is the first step to a successful outcome.

Once you get in contact we will have a completely free video consultation. This will be a process by which we get to know one another, you outline a detailed history of your current issue, history within the sport, current constraints and roadblocks to your training and information on the previous treatments you tried prior to the call.

The reason for this is that I am a coach first, and good coaching is athlete centred, with it being athlete centred I need to gather as much information about you as possible. We must view the entire process as a collaboration not a passive service. You are and will be the focal point for every decision that is made, and for me to make the right decision I have to learn a lot about you as a person and athlete alongside the specific injury information.

The calls are scheduled for 30 minutes but will last as long as is required to get all the information I need.

From here we will move to booking a date for the assessments. There are two levels of service on offer

1 - In-Person Hybrid

2 - Online

The in-person assessments are carried out at the Hazelwood Centre, Sunbury on Thames, TW16 6QU.
