Once we have gathered all the required information it is time to analyse everything and provide you with a detailed plan to get out of pain and lifting well again.

Analysis I use a version of trends analysis to allow me to highlight certain areas within the body that are causing pain or limiting performance. We will take all the information gathered from the joint, strength and technical screen and start to align the information and begin understanding not just what is causing the pain but potentially the root cause (form a movement standpoint). There will “always” be a common thread with the pain generation and more importantly how it manifests in the Powerlifts.

Reports Once collated and analysed I will begin distilling the information down into a bitesized form making it crystal clear what the issues are and also what is required to rehab them. The reporting process can be broken down into;

1 - Summary of Finding and Trends A very concise round up of all the information gathered that will clearly illustrate the trends found and make the rehab plan feel a lot less overwhelming

2 - Detailed Review Video A long form video which will outline the entire process from start to finish, from all of the assessment findings to the really granular detail around the trends plus as an added bonus I will review the lifts from a global perspective and give some insight into how you can improve your lifting numbers over the long term
